Sublimation for suitable polyester fabrics, screen printing, transfers or embroidery can be discussed around your artwork and garment construction. Confirm the method and placement on a sample.

Make the collection yours with woven or printed labels, size and care information, hangtags and packaging. Supply your brand artwork and market requirements for review.

Colors & trims

Coordinate fabric shades, thread, bindings and trims around your palette. Review physical color references and application samples before approving production.

Send your design, target quantities, size breakdown and delivery destination. We review materials and construction, then confirm quotation and sampling requirements.

Approval & manufacturing

Review the sample for fit, fabric and artwork. Once the specifications are approved, the production plan and quality checks are agreed for the order.

Packing & shipping

Confirm labels, packaging, carton details and shipping arrangements with your order. Delivery timing depends on the finished specification, quantity and destination.

Can puffer insulation and quilting be customized?

Yes. Share your target weight, season, fill preference and quilting design so materials and construction can be developed through sampling.

Can BZK Sports make hooded jackets and insulated vests?

Hooded, stand-collar, longline and sleeveless constructions can be discussed, including pockets, closures and adjustment details.

Are puffer jackets waterproof?

Weather performance depends on the shell, finishes and seam construction. Specify any required water-resistance or waterproof testing so materials and construction can be reviewed; it is not assumed for every jacket.

How do we start a branded puffer order?

Send your jacket references, materials, insulation requirements, sizes, artwork and quantities. Minimums, sampling costs and lead times are quoted for the approved specification.
