Send your design, target quantities, size breakdown and delivery destination. We review materials and construction, then confirm quotation and sampling requirements.

Approval & manufacturing

Review the sample for fit, fabric and artwork. Once the specifications are approved, the production plan and quality checks are agreed for the order.

Packing & shipping

Confirm labels, packaging, carton details and shipping arrangements with your order. Delivery timing depends on the finished specification, quantity and destination.

Can BZK Sports develop leggings from our tech pack?

Yes. Fabric, waist height, inseam, gusset, pockets, grading and seam placement can be reviewed against your tech pack and developed through sampling.

How is legging coverage checked?

Fabric opacity and fit are reviewed through movement on the sample. Supply any specific coverage or test requirements so the evaluation can be agreed before production.

Can leggings include side pockets and custom waistbands?

Pocket openings, waist height, elastic and waistband panel shapes can be developed around your fit requirements and checked for comfort.

What are the minimum quantity and lead time?

The selected stretch fabric, construction, decoration and size breakdown determine minimums and timing. Send your brief for a confirmed sample and bulk quotation.
